COACHING MATTERS AT THE KING’S ACADEMY
The King’s Academy Athletic Department thrives when its coaching staff is filled with individuals that are passionate about delivering an excellent athletic experience with eternal impact. The coach-player relationship can be one that yields life-long impact in a student-athlete when leveraged intentionally. The King’s Academy holds individuals that carry the title of ‘coach’ to a high standard in competence and character.
The King’s Academy Athletic Department is looking to fill the following positions:
Boys Varsity Lacrosse Coach
Boys Varsity Baseball Coach
A successful coaching candidate at The King’s Academy should:
Have a clear testimony of their personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Possess a ‘coach-level’ knowledge of individual skill development and team tactics of the sport
Be able to lead a team in a manner that is consistent with Biblical leadership principles
Playing career or previous coaching experience at or above the level applying for is preferred
