CORAL SPRINGS- Competing for the first time in the FHSAA wrestling duals district competition, The King’s Academy made an immediate mark as they won the championship in dominant fashion.  TKA defeated Clewiston High School 65-15 in the opening round, and then routed Coral Springs Charter 77-6 in the championship round.

Last year, the Lions won the team district title and now add the duals district title to their trophy case.  TKA is expected to be one of the favorites in this year’s team district championship tournament and has a number of ranked wrestlers with high hopes of making the state finals.
